Inspections
TGL Engineering provides inspections of commercial, industrial and residential structures. We assess existing conditions such as roof deterioration, water penetration, foundation cracking, vibrating floors, etc., as well as uncovering hidden deficiencies that can affect the structure and give a comprehensive inspection report.
Drafting
We offer drafting and design services for residential and commercial buildings. Our experienced draftsmen utilize only state-of-the-art software and technology. Drawings can be based in either AutoCAD or Revit platform.
Residential Drafting:
TGL Drafting can take your new home or addition sketches and turn them into plans for your contractor to build from. We can provide structural design to ensure your framing is safe and meets the current building code. When complete, the drawings will be sufficient to allow your contractor to obtain a building permit.
Commercial Drafting:
We provide drafting assistance to architects and engineers if they need temporary or long-term support.
As-Built Drawings:
If you need accurate plans of your existing home or commercial structure to plan an addition or renovation, we can help. We will measure and draw your building with the level of detail that you require. If you have original paper plans and need them converted to workable CAD files, we can recreate them digitally. Please note we cannot reproduce copyrighted plans without the written consent of the original designer.
When we've completed your drawings, you will be provided with large-scale hard copies, pdf's and/or CAD files.
